The shipping time mentioned refers to delivery in those areas covered by reputed couriers through which we send our consignment. In case a reputed courier does not cover a particular remote location then we will send the consignment by speed/registered post through the Indian Postal Services, which may take 1-2 weeks depending upon the location, with every order, we will send you an email containing the details of the order placed by you.

2) AtomX SANGAM is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
3) Unfortunately, we do not ship outside India at the moment. However, we are working on starting international delivery as soon as possible, so stay tuned!
